Bylaw No. 02-2025, a bylaw to amend the Town of Bruderheim Municipal Development Plan (Bylaw 15-2013)

Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, Sections 230, 606 and 692, the Council of the Town of Bruderheim hereby gives notice of its intention to adopt:

Bylaw No. 02-2025, a bylaw to amend the Town of Bruderheim Municipal Development Plan (Bylaw 15-2013).

The purpose of Bylaw 02-2025 is to amend the Bylaw's "Future Land Use" Map and confirm future "Commercial" and "Industrial" land uses.

The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Bruderheim Fire Hall, 5112 Queen Street. 

Written submissions are highly encouraged and may be provided to Council during the Public Hearing; however, it is requested that a copy of the written submission be delivered to the Town Office at 5017 Queen Street to the Legislative Clerk between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday by Friday May 30th, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (noon)

Speaking at the Public Hearing: Members of the public who wish to address Council, are encouraged to register in advance. This helps ensure you will be heard at a specific time. People who do not register to speak in advance will be heard when time permits during the meeting. 

Presentation Time: Each presenter will be allotted 10 minutes to speak. Deadline to register is Friday May 30th, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (noon)
