For urgent matters after 4:00 p.m., on weekends, or on Town-recognized stat holidays, please call the Town Office at 780-796-3731 to be directed to the on-call staff.

Examples of urgent matters include: potential water break (water running from the ground), reporting a sewer backup, dangerous obstruction on roadway (e.g. tree down, material from a truck), a catch basin or manhole cover that has been dislodged.

Having supporting documents attached with your concern will help staff assess the service request.
