Snow Clearing vs Snow Removal

We know how frustrating this snow has been and we have been working hard to make the roads and walkways clear for everyone, the Town does Snow Removal, not Snow Clearing, as indicated in the picture and we also have a policy to follow, our Winter Maintenace Policy.
